Before diving into the problem at hand, I take the time to listen and understand your questions and goals, so that I can best serve your needs. Helping you use your devices confidently is our top priority. I am in the last year of a Computer Science degree at Washington University in St. Louis. Outside of formal schooling, I have also focused on honing my programming and web development skills, through my job as Web Developer for Student Union and Washington University in St. Louis and other web development courses taken online. Besides web development I also gained network management experience and general IT knowledge through working several summers at Springfield Underground.
I have experience with technology assistance and tutoring, having spent time volunteering with Computer Comfort providing technology assistance for elderly technology users with a range of tasks. I have seen and help resolve issues with a wide variety of devices, phones, computers, and wearables. I also know how difficult struggling with IT problems can be, so if you need help with a new device or your old one has mysteriously stopped working, give me a call!

I have experience with WordPress sites all the way to custom sites with scalable payment platforms, user accounts, and file managements, hosted on Amazon Web Services. I understand recent developments in the field including Progressive Web Apps and serverless backends.
